Over time, the term “healthy” has evolved to have different meanings. When I was younger, my family deemed a meal to be healthy when it contained fresh, unprocessed ingredients. While the same is true in today’s times, scientific research and new information has now shown us that there’s more to it.

It was acquiring this knowledge years back that has led me to opting for both a vegan diet and lifestyle before it even became a trend. Doing so transformed my life for the better in more ways than you can imagine.

This blog is not meant to convert or transform anyone, but to share the details of my life as a vegan via recipes, products that I use, my travels, brands that I admire, and finally, my thoughts on varying topics.

All in all, my hope is that throughout this process, I can show you that this wonderful lifestyle requires little adaptation and is far from complicated.
