TEMPERATURES ARE COOLING, NOTHING BETTER THAN A CHILI BOWL, FILLING AND NUTRITIONAL ! HAS VITAMINS A & C, CALCIUM AND IRON. THE BLEND OF SPICES ARE HEAVENLY WITH JUST ENOUGH KICK.

1 3/4 CUPS VEG BROTH
1/2  CHOPPED ONION
4 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES
1/2 CUP CHOPPED CARROTS
1/2 RED BELL PEPPER
1.5 CUPS COOKED RED KIDNEY BEANS
1/2 CUP DRY RED LENTILS
2 TSP GROUND CUMIN
1 TSP SWEET PAPRIKA
1 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA
1 TSP OREGANO
1/2 TSP CHILI POWDER
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP ONION POWDER
28 OZ DICED TOMATOES
2 TBSP TOMATO PASTE

SIMPLY PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A POT AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES

I ADD GUACAMOLE AS A TOPPING BUT YOU CAN ADD ANY TOPPING YOU PREFER
