Home Made Sweet Potato Chips

Vegetable oil
2 very thinly sliced sweet potatoes
1 tbsp chopped Thyme
Sea salt

Simple, Simple, Simple

  1. Heat the oil in a pot or pan and cook the sweet potato slices in batches until golden and crisp
  2. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with Thyme and salt

 

Enjoy them as is or with ketchup or Mayo

Voila !
