2 very thinly sliced sweet potatoes
1 tbsp chopped Thyme
Sea salt
Simple, Simple, Simple
- Heat the oil in a pot or pan and cook the sweet potato slices in batches until golden and crisp
- Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with Thyme and salt
Enjoy them as is or with ketchup or Mayo
